Elaine Smookler is a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) and Mindfulness Instructor with over 25 years of practice. She is a teacher, a key-note speaker, a writer and columnist, a comedian, an actor and a singer. Elaine employs a light touch to encourage clients to turn towards difficulty, confusion and challenge as part of the greater technicolour experience of life.
