An in-person, live, fun and engaging workshop offered through the Centre for Mindfulness Studies, in Toronto to help you learn mindfulness practices and skills in a group setting. In these lively sessions, in 3 hours, or in full day courses participants will learn to become less reactive and more responsive and present to their lives. Half day (3 hours). Full day (6 hours). (University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies) This practical 10-step process is the heart of Elaine’s coaching program. In this two-day live course, you will have the opportunity to bring any project or idea, and work with it from inception to completion. Through Elaine’s guidance, and in hands-on group work you will come to understand and work with a practical, attainable structure to help you overcome obstacles and utilize the opportunities and techniques you already have available.
